Aidan Miller - October 27

As a solo performer, part of a small ensemble or a large band, Aidan Miller flat out brings it!  Since graduating from York University in Toronto with a degree in Music Performance, Aidan has been entertaining audiences across the country and the world with his soulful voice and phenomenal piano work.

Playing close to 300 shows a year for the past decade has turned Aidan into “one of those rare musical talents that makes everyone stop and turn their head toward the stage.  Perfect soulful vocals, effortless piano playing and top it off with great songwriting talent and you’ve got the makings of a star!”

(Tom Hooper, Grapes of Wrath)

His influences are wide-ranging, from Sam Cooke, Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye and the Motown masters to The Band, CCR, Dr. John and back again.  These influences converge to create a sound that is both fresh and familiar, modern but with an unmistakably classic sound.  In the words of artist/producer Mark Lalama – ‘Aidan gets it and he’s got it!’
